Amber Alert issued for missing Wisconsin toddler Elijah Vue, 3, who was last seen at a caregiver’s home two days ago
- Elijah Vue was last seen by his adult caregiver at his home on Mishicot Road, Two Rivers, around 8 a.m. Tuesday
- The three-year-old has sandy brown hair, brown eyes, is about three feet tall, weighs about 100 pounds and has a birthmark on his left knee
- Although police and federal emergency response teams have stepped up the search, the little boy remains missing
An Amber Alert has been issued for a three-year-old Wisconsin boy who has not been seen since Tuesday morning.
Elijah Vue was last seen by his adult caregiver at his home on Mishicot Road, Two Rivers, around 8 a.m. Tuesday.
Vue has sandy brown hair, brown eyes, is about three feet tall, weighs about 45 pounds and has a birthmark on his left knee, according to a description released by police.
Despite police stepping up the search and heavy community involvement, the boy remained missing Thursday.
Police said state and federal emergency response teams are now involved with local agencies in the search, including drones and K9 teams.

At a press conference on Wednesday evening, police provided no further information but tried to reassure the public that they are following up on leads, canvassing the area and searching neighborhoods, parks and wooded areas.
He was last seen wearing gray sweatpants, a dark-colored long-sleeved shirt and red and green dinosaur slip-on shoes.
Vue may be carrying a red and white checked blanket, as seen in one of the photos released by police.
According to the police, there are no relatives or acquaintances in the area.
Neighbors have rallied to assist police with search efforts and hold candlelight vigils for Vue.
A volunteer search was held on Wednesday morning and a prayer vigil on Wednesday evening at St. Peter the Visser Catholic parish.

Authorities are asking neighbors to check outbuildings, vehicles or other hidden areas on their property.
Anyone with a doorbell camera is also asked to check if Elijah appears on the video.
However, police have asked locals not to use their own drones in the search as they could interfere with law enforcement drones.
