Madonna, 65, takes a tumble on stage falling off a chair – but makes a quick recovery as she gets back up with a smile while performing in Seattle

Madonna put her legendary showmanship on full display this weekend after an accident during her concert.

The 65-year-old singer, who just released a music video teaser with The Weeknd and Playboi Carti, fell on stage during a show during her Celebration Tour at Seattle’s Climate Pledge Arena.

Video shared by fans on the Madonna Culture TikTok Instagram page shared video of what happened.

The Grammy winner sat in a chair during the choreography for Open Your Heart.

The dance moves require a dancer to pull the chair back to the main stage, but apparently the high heels they were wearing caused them to slip and the dancer and Madonna ended up on the floor with their legs in the air.

After being off balance for a moment, Madonna rolled over on her stomach and laughed briefly, endearing her to the crowd.

Another member of the crew came forward and helped her to another seat.

The hitmaker attempted to continue the performance and delivered a mild expletive when she realized she was sitting in the wrong seat and turned around.

Another dancer, dragging a chair with her, came up to the singer and gave Madonna a hug and a little crunch before walking on.

The artist tried to continue, but the commotion still affected her and she said to the audience, “S**t, I forgot the words.”

She remembered the lyrics and choreography quite quickly afterwards and finished the song.

After the video of the incident became public, fans could only express their admiration.

‘She is a great professional. All her efforts to entertain us. You must love her. She is incredible,” one commenter wrote.
