A college basketball game was postponed Thursday night after players from one team became stuck in an elevator.
Members of the Fairleigh Dickinson team were pictured locked in an elevator taking them from the locker room to the court before facing Long Island University.
The fire brigade arrived on the scene to pry the players loose.
Eventually they managed to do this and the match was able to turn.
In last year’s NCAA Tournament, No. 16 seed Fairleigh Dickinson recorded a stunning defeat of No. 1 seed Purdue.
