Kanye West’s controversial album Vultures 1 is REMOVED from Apple Music amid copyright issues – as he’s spotted with wife Bianca Censori in Italy

Apple Music quickly pulled Kanye West’s Vulture 1 album just five days after its debut on the platform after being hit with copyright infringement issues.

On Thursday afternoon, the album – which his daughter North posted about in a now-deleted TikTok – was removed from Apple Music and iTunes, where the song Carnival was at No. 1 on the Top 100: Global chart.

The move comes amid reports that Vultures 1’s distributor is working to remove it from all streaming services after Kanye allegedly uploaded it to several platforms without permission, according to Billboard.

The album faced its first streaming issues on Wednesday, when Spotify removed the song Good (Don’t Die) due to claims of “copyright infringement” made by Donna Summer’s estate.

The distributor, FUGA, said in a statement today: “On Friday, February 9, 2024, a long-standing FUGA customer delivered the album Vultures 1 through the platform’s automated processes, violating our service agreement.”

‘FUGA is therefore actively working with its DSP partners and the customer to remove Vultures 1 from our systems.’

As of now, the album remains accessible on Spotify; however, the song Good (Don’t Die) is currently unplayable on the platform.

This comes after music festival Rolling Loud announced Kanye and his Vultures 1 collaborator Ty Dolla Sign as headliners for their March 14 concert in Inglewood, CA.

It also follows Donna Summer’s estate accusing Kanye of using a sample of her song without permission on Good (Don’t Die).

The rapper reportedly incorporated a version of the late singer’s 1977 hit I Feel Love into the song.

The official Instagram The late singer’s page claimed that Kanye’s previous request to use the song had been denied.

“Kanye West…asked permission to use Donna Summer’s song I Feel Love,” read the post from the account on Instagram Stories. “He got rejected…he changed the words, had someone sing it again or used AI, but it’s I Feel Love…copyright infringement!!!”

The post also tagged Sharon Osbourne, who along with her husband Ozzy Osbourne called out Kanye for using an unauthorized sample of a Black Sabbath song on Friday.

The drama started after the British rock star said he wants “no association” with West, who has a long history of making anti-Semitic comments, following a listening party for the rapper’s upcoming album Vultures, which features a snippet of Ozzy’s band’s hit War Pigs.

Sharon, whose father Don Arden was Jewish, said the couple had issued a cease and desist order to Kanye, according to her interview with TMZ on Friday.

The posts also come after the rapper updated the Vultures Volume 1 album cover by swapping the Friday The 13th-inspired mask for a black face covering.

Vultures Volume 1 marks the first part of a planned trilogy. After this, the second and third projects are scheduled for release in March and April respectively.

Last week, Ye posted on Instagram, referencing a special event for Thursday at the United Center.

The event turned out to be another album listening party. However, it was marred by controversy when the musician rapped about anti-Semitism, leading to the abrupt termination of the livestream broadcasting the affair.

“Kanye f*cked with the wrong Jew this time,” she added.

The former host of The Talk made it clear that Kanye’s team had asked permission to use the sample three weeks ago. However, her husband, who usually approves of such requests, responded with a firm “absolutely not.”

Sharon told the outlet that Kanye “represents hate” and that he is a “disrespectful anti-Semite,” and that Ozzy therefore had a “special opportunity to say no.”

After reiterating that the Osbourne family wants nothing to do with Kanye, she added, “the mother is a pig.”

Sharon’s epic blow comes after Ozzy took to Twitter to criticize the Grammy winner and condemned him for the pain he has caused the Jewish community.

“@kanyewest REQUESTED PERMISSION TO SAMPLE PART OF A LIVE PERFORMANCE OF THE AMERICAN FESTIVAL’S 1983 ‘WAR PIG’ WITHOUT SINGING AND WAS DENIED PERMISSION BECAUSE HE IS AN ANTI-SEMITE AND HAS CAUSED UNMENTIONED HARASSMENT TO MANY,” Osbourne wrote on X ( formerly known as Twitter).

On Thursday, the livestream for West’s album listening party was cut short after he called himself a “crazy, bipolar, anti-Semite” in a song.

After that text, the feed on streaming service Veeps went black and went silent as the star was apparently censored.

West has a documented history of anti-Semitism and lost a number of partnership deals last year after an explosive anti-Semitic tirade.

Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband vowed to use ‘death con 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE’ in a series of sick posts online.

His title track Vultures also contained the nasty lyric: ‘How am I anti-Semitic? I’m just a Jewish b***h.’

The text caused angry reactions among some fans and was even condemned by the American Jewish Committee, among others.
