New bridal gown deemed ‘inappropriate’ for a wedding due to deep plunging neckline
A recently launched wedding dress has been rejected by thousands thanks to its plunging neckline and figure-hugging cut.
The €4,800 ($7,930 AUD) floor-length dress also featured an off-the-shoulder design and was crafted with delicate lace, crystals and stones.
“Feel like royalty as you glide down the aisle in our beautiful dress,” the European label wrote on Instagram.
But many called the “over the top” look “inappropriate” and “far too revealing” for a wedding, especially one held in a church.
While the label described the open chest detail as the “perfect balance between classic beauty and modern sensuality,” the daring look was not well received by conservative fans.

‘Beautiful woman, but messy, clingy dress. When she dances or sneezes… an oops moment,” one person wrote.
‘It’s beautiful, it just looks like it’s too big and sliding off her. It doesn’t look good,” another added.
‘The cleavage ruins the beauty of the dress. No need to show so much skin on your wedding day,” a third wrote.
‘Royalty is about modesty. This nudity has nothing to do with royalty.”
Others called the design “a bit of a failure” and “generally messy.”
However, some were thrilled with the new design and admitted they would buy it for their own big day.

The look was paired with an elegant veil and crown, which retails for €160 ($265 AUD).
