Super Bowl hero Patrick Mahomes heads to DISNEYLAND with wife Brittany and his two children, Sterling and Bronze, as part of NFL tradition one day after lifting Lombardi Trophy with Kansas City Chiefs

Kansas City Chiefs star quarterback Patrick Mahomes made the traditional trip to Disneyland on Monday – a day after winning his third Super Bowl.

Mahomes, who also earned his third Super Bowl MVP, helped the Chiefs hoist the Lombardi Trophy in Las Vegas on Sunday with a 25-22 victory over the San Francisco 49ers.

It’s common for Super Bowl winners to head to the Happiest Place on Earth with their families after their wins, and Mahomes was no exception during his third trip to the theme park.

The signal caller, who also visited Disneyland after his Super Bowl wins in 2020 and 2023, appeared at the Main Street USA parade with his family.

“It’s a tight schedule, we don’t get a lot of sleep, but we’re loving every minute of it,” Mahomes said.

The photos emerged shortly after the rest of the Chiefs team flew back to Kansas City from Vegas after a night of partying.

Mahomes, understandably, looked excited as he waved to all the fans cheering him on during the parade.

But he was wearing sunglasses, which may have helped him hide the bags under his eyes after so little sleep. Mahomes and his wife Brittany were out in Sin City until about 3 a.m. Monday morning.

Earlier in the day, Brittany shared a photo of her and her kids at the resort, but Patrick was not in the photos.

Mahomes, meanwhile, faced another round of questions from the media the morning after his team’s stunning victory.

There, he underlined his desire to lead the Chiefs to a three-peat – a feat never before accomplished in NFL history.

“No one has ever done it, and we knew winning back to back was legendary,” Mahomes said. “I think eight other teams have done it. We’d been hearing it all week.

‘We have to keep playing our best football. We’re going to celebrate it in the coming weeks, and then we’ll get right back to work on it.”

Last year he made the trip with his wife Brittany and their two young children, daughter Sterling and son Bronze, who were almost two and three months old respectively.

Mahomes delivered another heroic performance for Chiefs Kingdom as he picked off Mecole Hardman, who raced into the end zone in the final seconds of overtime at Allegiant Stadium to earn the back-to-back victory for Kansas City.

“It means a ton,” Mahomes said Monday. “I know how hard these guys work.

‘I know how hard these guys go after it. I know how hard the coaches work. I believe we are the hardest working team in the NFL, and all that hard work is paying off.

“That’s something we always preach: we believe that we work for those moments, for those moments at the end of the game, and we prepare for them.

“Being able to leave our mark on this great history of the NFL is something I will never take for granted.”
