  • Now he’s accused of raping the girlfriend after prosecutors realized she was 15 when she became pregnant with their child
  • The Washington cop filed a protective order against her when she was a 13-year-old student at their school and told friends they had slept together

A school cop accused of raping a drunken 16-year-old boy has also been accused of raping his 17-year-old girlfriend after prosecutors realized she was 15 when she became pregnant with their baby.

Elias Huizar, 39, was arrested after his girlfriend reported him for the attack on her friend who was staying overnight at their home in West Richland, Washington.

Now it has emerged that the former Yakima police officer filed for a protective order against his girlfriend when he was 13 and told friends they had slept together.

The friend had gone to sleep in a guest room next to her 16-year-old friend, who felt ill after all three spent the evening of Feb. 3 drinking at home, according to court documents.

She then woke up to find Huizar attacking her drunken boyfriend before leaving the room “as if nothing had happened,” when she confronted him.

Huizar allegedly chased the pair as they fled in his truck with the nine-month-old baby. He only broke off when the girls reached Benton City and stopped next to a Benton County sheriff’s deputy.

Huizar served on the force from 2014 to 2022 and was assigned as a school resource officer at Washington Middle School in Yakima.

The Tri City Herald reported that Huizar obtained a protective order against his current girlfriend in 2019 after she told friends they were dating and the friends reported it to the school principal.

The girl denied it and claimed her account was hacked when social media posts about the alleged relationship were revealed.

“A criminal investigation has been completed by the Public Prosecution Service and the case was without merit,” Huizar wrote in his petition for the protective order.

“(She) was subsequently expelled from school.”

The petition alleged that the girl contacted Huizar’s then-wife, downloaded photos from the couple’s Facebook pages and took “numerous” secret photos of Huizar.

Yakima County Judge Gayle Harthcock approved the protective order, which bars the girl from coming within 500 feet of him or his family for a year.

Huizar and his wife divorced in 2020, and the girl claims in court documents that Huizar contacted her in 2022 when she was 15 and they began a relationship.

He must appear in court again on February 15.
