In-N-Out Burger was founded by Harry Snyderwho opened the first restaurant in 1948 at Francisquito and Garvey in Baldwin Park, California.

Snyder’s wife, Esther, was in charge of the restaurant’s accounting.

Now their granddaughter is president of the fast-food chain and oversees more than 400 In-N-Out Burgers across the country.

In-N-Out Burger celebrated its 75th anniversary last year, prompting reporter Andy Riesmeyer and In-N-Out Burger expert George Geary to celebrate the chain’s achievement by serving the Flying Dutchman and Lemon Fries in one of to try the restaurants.

During their meal, Geary admitted to Riesmeyer that it was the first time he had ever seen a Flying Dutchman and that the lemon fries “weren’t bad.”

Other items the couple ordered from the secret menu include well done fries, side-by-side shakes and asking for the sport pepper topping.
