Love Island: All Stars’ Hannah Elizabeth revealed on Thursday evening that she posed nude for Hugh Hefner during her time at the ‘derelict’ Playboy Mansion – but ‘never slept with him’.
The 33-year-old influencer, who was voted out of her second visit to Love Island at the end of January, was a Playboy Bunny from the age of 18.
At the Saving Grace Podcast live eventHannah revealed that she has no regrets about that time of her life, but admitted that the Playboy Mansion wasn’t exactly a five-star hotel.
The model said: “I was Hugh’s naked paint model. When I was there, I stood naked on the red carpet and got painted.
‘It was my dream to work on Playboy. I never slept with Hugh, he was too old when I was at the mansion. The mansion was so run down.

Hannah admitted: ‘If I spoke to (Hugh) he would never understand me!’
She also revealed: ‘I didn’t do a sex party, but I went into the cave and saw a lot of things happening and I thought, ‘No, this isn’t for me,’ so I left. I did meet Snoop Dogg and some other celebrities there.’
On All Stars, Hannah admitted to fellow series one alum that she got her “butt done.”
It comes last in a list of surgeries and enhancements the beauty has undergone, from breast enlargements to lip fillers.
She has previously criticized those who criticize her for the treatments, saying their harsh comments stink of “jealousy and bitterness.”
She wrote on Instagram: ‘I’m tired of messages from mean, bitter women, honestly it’s disgusting. It stinks of nothing but bitterness and jealousy.
“Please don’t comment on what I do with MY BODY. I am a 32 year old woman and not a young child.
“Allow me to say it’s day two after surgery. Obviously I won’t look good, but unlike many people who hide it, I want to show you my journey.
