Houston basketball coach Kelvin Sampson lost his cool Tuesday night when he stormed the court and berated all three officials during his team’s win over Oklahoma State.
With 15:08 left in the game, Sampson headed to the other side of the field after Houston’s opponents failed to get a boost.
The 68-year-old started shouting at a referee and was quickly sent off before shouting at the other two referees in turn.
He angrily pointed his finger as he continued to argue against the no-call.
Sampson had to be restrained and led off the field by his players and assistant coaches.

“I have no thoughts,” Sampson said after the game when asked about the incident. “So if I say something, answer your question, they’re going to fine me $25,000, what part of the $25,000 are you willing to pay?
“So don’t ask me stupid questions because it’s a $25,000 fine if I tell the truth. So I can’t do that, so don’t ask me.’
Despite Sampson’s fireworks, his team, ranked No. 5 in the country, won 79-63.
“It was a good win,” Sampson said. ‘In this competition they are all great wins because they all count the same. It’s a good recovery for us.
Jamal Shead scored 23 points and Emanuel Sharp added 16 in the win.
