Holly Valance shocks fans after a picture emerges of her in a ‘communist tank top’ years before marrying a billionaire and becoming a staunch conservative
An old photo has surfaced of Neighbors star Holly Candy (aka Holly Valance) in a ‘Communist-inspired’ tank top.
In the throwback image, Holly, 40, can be seen posing in a white shirt adorned with ahammer and the sickle, the symbol of the former Soviet Union.
When a fan shared the photo with X on Wednesday, he started investigatingThe former soap star, who recently emerged as a conservative after marrying property developer Nick Candy.
“A relaxed Holly Valance advocating the theory of permanent revolution and the forceful overthrow of the bourgeoisie,” they wrote next to the image.
Other fans on the thread were quick to throw shade at Holly, who rose to fame on Neighbors as Felicity ‘Flick’ Scully and now lives in Britain.

It comes as Holly has emerged as a staunch supporter of the far-right wing of the British Tory party.

The mother-of-two hit out at climate alarmists and expressed her concerns about ‘the way things are going in the country (UK)’.

In an interview with GB News, Valance described how she was motivated to attend the launch event this morning to ‘listen to good ideas’.
“I am a citizen like everyone else here who is concerned about the way things are going in the country,” the former actress said.
‘There are a lot of things that worry me and concern me with the two small children I have to raise, what they might inherit. So I want to come and listen to ideas, good ideas.’
She added: ‘Everyone starts out as a lefty and then wakes up at some point after you start making money, working, trying to run a business, trying to buy a house, and then realize what rubbish ideas they all are – and then you go to the right.
