Two more stars from this year’s season of Farmer Wants a Wife have been caught using other people’s farms to court their dating show contestants.
Daily Mail Australia can reveal that farmers Will Simpson and Paige Marsh used stand-in properties while filming the Channel Seven series.
Farmer Will was introduced in the show as owner of a farm in Berriwillock, northern Victoria, but part of his journey was filmed on a farm 1000 km away in New South Wales.

Meanwhile, a Channel Seven spokesperson confirmed that Paige is a first-generation farmer and doesn’t even own a farm.
Interestingly, there is never any mention of “Will’s farm” or “Paige’s farm” throughout the series, with voiceovers referring instead to “Farmer Harry” or “Farmer Paige” when the show cuts to their storylines.
Daily Mail Australia understands that after Covid restrictions were relaxed, farmers Harry and Will were able to film parts of their backstory on their real farms.

It follows revelations that Farmer Harry Lloyd’s journey was filmed on a dairy farm in NSW, despite his property being over 900km away in Kyabram, northern Victoria.
Seven confirmed to Daily Mail Australia that the farm Harry used was not his real property, but insisted the show was not cheating viewers or its potential partners.
“Due to Covid, part of Harry’s Farmer Wants A Wife journey was filmed at a dairy farm near Gloucester,” a spokesperson said in a statement.
“The location of the farm did not affect the series as Harry’s ladies were able to experience life on a dairy farm with Harry, including the early morning start.”

During the series, viewers got the impression that Paige had her own farm
There is never any mention of ‘Will’s farm’ or ‘Paige’s farm’ throughout the series, with voiceovers referring instead to ‘Farmer Harry’ or ‘Farmer Paige’ when the show cuts to their storylines
This isn’t the first time the show has been accused of pulling the wool over viewers’ eyes by filming scenes in “fake” locations.
Last year, a viewer who lives in Orbost, the small Victorian town where farmer Matt Trewin lives, claimed that they had never seen the so-called “local date destinations” in the series.
After watching Matt enjoy a rendezvous at his ‘local pub’, the frustrated viewer wrote on Instagram: ‘I live in Orbost and I can tell you that the pub in tonight’s episode is definitely not the pub in Orbost .’

The resident went on to claim that the picturesque winery where Matt took frontrunner Tara on a date “wouldn’t be within 100 miles of Orbost either.”
The same viewer accused producers of hiring paid actors to “live up” the pub scene, claiming that none of the “locals” in the episode were “Orbost people.”
Farmer Wants A Wife continues on Channel Seven on Tuesday at 7.30pm
