Detroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff’s chances at a Super Bowl ring were ruined again Sunday after a comeback victory over the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship Game.

Goff was comforted by his fiancée, Christen Harper, a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model, who stood in the stands at Levi’s Stadium.

Harper has fully embraced membership in the NFL WAG community and isn’t afraid to show affection for the former Los Angeles Rams quarterback in person or on social media.

Harper, 30, is a year older than Goff, who turned 29 in October.

Here, DailyMail.com looks at everything you need to know about Harper, her relationship with Goff and how she found her way to Sports Illustrated fame…

Harper’s modeling career

To earn money while studying, Harper started modeling at the age of 20.

Harper hit the big time in modeling after appearing in the Sports Illustrated 2021 swimsuit issue after being selected in the outlet’s ‘Swim Search’ that year.

She was also named Sports Illustrated Swimsuit’s Co-Rookie of the Year in 2022.

Harper also appeared in last year’s swimsuit issue.

Goff and Harper’s relationship timeline

The couple matched in 2018 on celebrity dating app Raya, the same app where fellow NFL WAG and Olympic gymnast Simone Biles and her now husband, Green Bay Packers defenseman Jonathan Owens, met in 2020.

Harper insisted she wasn’t looking for anything serious during her first date with Goff, but was hooked after meeting the then-Los Angeles Rams quarterback for the first time.

Goff and Harper’s romance was confirmed in February 2019 when she traveled to Atlanta to watch the Rams play the Patriots in person in Super Bowl LIII.

Harper and Goff left the Los Angeles spotlight for Detroit in March 2021, when he was traded from the Rams to the Lions.

Goff proposed to Harper on a beach on June 16, 2022, while Harper showed off her diamond ring on Instagram a few days later.

While the quarterback Goff traded for, Matthew Stafford, led Los Angeles to a Super Bowl in February 2022, Goff helped the Lions win their first playoff game in more than three decades with Harper by his side.

Harper’s other ventures

Harper has an official IMDb page, with four acting credits. Most notably, she starred in an episode of the TV show ‘Entourage’ in 2006. She is credited alongside Adrian Grenier’s crew as ‘Teenage Girl No 1’.

Not on IMDb was an appearance on HBO’s ‘Hard Knocks’ in August 2020.

Harper has also been active with the Lions’ other WAGs, renting out a party bus for Detroit’s Divisional Round win over Tampa Bay.

She also co-created the app Planted, “an app to support your mind, body and soul,” according to Instagram.

Goff and Harper haven’t publicly announced plans for a wedding, but as NFL WAG Hannah Ann Sluss of “Bachelor” fame revealed, most players and their significant others get married in the offseason.

After Sunday’s loss in San Francisco, the couple’s wedding bells could be ringing in the near future.
