A 10-year-old girl has been charged with naming a hit list of “bullies” she wanted to kill at her South Carolina school, moments after an 11-year-old girl threatened to “shoot up” her elementary school in the same county.

The 10-year-old, who attends Kensington Elementary School, is facing criminal charges after allegedly threatening her classmates on Wednesday.

The child was charged in a juvenile summons with threatening students, according to the Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office.

The threat was made the same day another student, 11, said she wanted to “shoot up the school” after an argument with a McDonald Elementary School student.

According to the sheriff, both students are being disciplined by the Georgetown County School District.

“A 10-year-old girl at Kensington Elementary School reportedly said she wanted to bring a gun to school and kill several students,” the sheriff’s office said.

The student said, “I’m going to kill all the bullies in this school” after verbally arguing with another student, according to a police report obtained by DailyMail.com.

The 10-year-old wrote notes saying she was “done with this stupid school and some of the students who attend it.”

The student said, “when she got older, she was going to kill her bullies,” and began “naming the students she was going to kill,” according to the police report.

These messages quickly spread among her classmates, including one who wrote on her Chromebook that the student is “going to kill everyone.”

A teacher discovered the Chromebook message and reported it to the school administration and the police.

The on-site detective also noted that the 10-year-old had previously made threats towards her fellow students.

She reportedly told the officer that she did not remember the notes and letters containing threats.

A firearm was found at the child’s home, but authorities said it was stored in a safe in a closet.

Hours before the 10-year-old girl listed the “bullies” she wanted to kill, Crime Investigation Division officers responded to McDonald Elementary, another school in the same county.

Upon arrival, officers discovered that a teacher had asked her class to write about what happened in the library, where the 11-year-old threatened to shoot up the school.

A fellow student wrote that the 11-year-old “said loudly that she was going to shoot up the school.”

“All of the statements made by the students who heard the suspect threaten to shoot up the school were approximately the same,” according to a police report obtained by DailyMail.com.

“They were in the library and the suspect was angry with some other students,” an officer wrote.

The child allegedly told the school principal that “she didn’t mean what she said,” according to the police report.

Investigators conducted a search of school property and the 11-year-old’s home, where they found no weapon.

After the threat was made, McDonald Elementary School operated under normal conditions.

Both children have been charged in juvenile summonses with threats against students and will be subject to the Georgetown County School District’s disciplinary policy.
