Lala Anthony put her best fashion foot forward when she supported Kim Kardashian during her collaboration with Dolce & Gabbana on the runway.

The 40-year-old media personality wore an all-black outfit from the fashion house for the star-studded occasion.

She appeared on Instagram to show off her threads during Milan Fashion Week, writing in one caption, “get me out of the country.”

Lala, who got her start in the entertainment industry as an MTV VJ, turned heads in her sleek ensemble.

She put on a curvy display in a silk paneled mini dress from the Italian fashion house, which was layered over a black bodysuit.

Her eye-catching look was enhanced with matching gloves and she wore a pair of chic black slim shades.

The sides of her gown had lace fabric and the front had a low-cut neckline. Lala accentuated the look with pointed black stiletto booties.

She praised the collaboration between her boyfriend and the fashion brand, writing on Instagram: “The @dolcegabbana show of curated looks selected by @kimkardashian from the D&G archives was AMAZING…Kim worked sooo hard on this.”

Teasing fans with several black-and-white video clips, she hinted at a surprise at the designers’ Fashion Week Show.

And finally, she explained the vision behind the show while writing on social media: “What started as a conversation with Domenico & Stefano over dinner, led to a months-long adventure, aiming to create the #CiaoKim collection, a curated selection of looks from the D&G archive.”

She continued, “We’ve been going through every look since 1987, literally books and books and I selected my personal favorites that I think were the most iconic.”
