Jim Harbaugh speaks at pro-life march in Washington, as Michigan’s college football championship winning coach addresses thousands in DC: ‘It’s a great example you’re setting’
Jim Harbaugh, Michigan’s winningest college football coach who is expected to join the NFL, spoke at a pro-life march on Friday.
Appearing before tens of thousands at the annual march on Washington, Harbaugh said, “Thank you all for being here, it’s a great example you’re setting.
‘It testifies to the sanctity of life. It’s a great day for a march, it’s a great day. It’s football weather, let’s go!’.
Harbaugh also spoke to the Daily Caller during the march, saying, “You know, we all talk about human rights. There are really no rights that matter unless you have the right to life.
“This is a great day for a march. It’s a great day for the sanctity of life and for football weather. Let’s make it a great day.’

Harbaugh is Catholic and met Pope Francis on the steps of St. Peter’s Basilica in 2017.
Harbaugh has been linked to a number of NFL vacancies since the end of the regular season, including the Los Angeles Chargers and Washington Commanders.
Harbaugh led his Michigan Wolverines to a 15-0 season, defeating the Washington Huskies in the finals.
The 60-year-old has been cagey about his NFL prospects in the wake of Michigan’s title win earlier this month.
“I just want to enjoy this,” Harbaugh said, as reported by CBS. ‘I just want to enjoy this. I hope you give me that.
