Rob Edwards has emerged as an accidental sex symbol after his post-match interview following Luton’s 2-1 FA Cup win over Bolton on Tuesday went viral.
The Hatters came from behind to book their place in the fourth round of English football’s premier cup competition, and Edwards discussed his team’s performance afterwards in a video shared on Luton’s official X account.
However, fans don’t seem to be very interested in what he had to say, as hundreds of lewd comments quickly flooded in to comment on Edwards’ performance instead.

Luton are currently one point from safety in the Premier League but have given themselves hope of survival by taking seven points from their last four top-flight games.

Another went even further, joking: ‘I hope Luton win the World Cup’, while one online user joked that Edwards is ‘the type of man you save before your children end up in a fire’.
Meanwhile, one supporter suggested those who jumped on the bandwagon were late to the party.
“Everyone realizes what a beautiful man he is… Some of us have been here since day 1, get in line,” they wrote.
More rude comments were also posted under the video, which has been viewed a whopping 11 million times.
Edwards is currently enjoying his first season in the Premier League after guiding Luton back to the top flight via the play-offs last year.
Few gave Luton much of a chance to stay afloat at the start of the season, but they have remained competitive throughout the first half of the season with Edwards in the dugout.

The 41-year-old manager was also praised for his response to Luton captain Tom Lockyer’s collapse on the pitch after suffering cardiac arrest during a match at Bournemouth last month.
Edwards ran onto the pitch after quickly realizing the severity of Lockyer’s condition and told the players to leave so medics from both teams could attend to the defender.
Edwards provided an update on Lockyer in the last week of December, revealing he is in ‘really good spirits and doing well’ as he continues his recovery.
Lurton will return to action in the FA Cup this weekend when they travel to Everton before hosting Brighton in the Premier League next Tuesday.
