Jacob Elordi appears in hilarious sketch where he has anxiety about making an entrance in 1st teaser for SNL gig… after raves for Saltburn

But in a first teaser for his upcoming Saturday Night Live hosting gig this weekend, the Australian actor starred in a sketch in which he looked anything but confident.

Two of the SNL regulars – Punkie Johnson and Marcello Hernández – are there to help him walk down the stairs, but he can’t seem to do it and instead acts like a scared child.

This year he has two hits. Seen on the left as a wealthy Oxford student in Saltburn and on the right as Elvis in Priscilla

Flashback clips are shown of stars like Kim Kardashian walking down the stairs with ease. “They make it all look so easy,” says Elordi.

Then you see Jacob hilariously descending the stairs in different ways, including on his bottom like a toddler.

“Okay, okay, okay,” you hear him say as he tries to warm himself up for the walk down the three metal steps with handrails on the sides.

“Are you watching this?” a male comedian asks his female co-star. She nods.

‘Are you joking? You have this brother,” the man tells Jacob as the actor tries to look pumped up by pushing up the sleeves of his hoodie.

“Let’s go, it’s just a step, okay,” she says.

Then he slides down the stairs with a scared look on his face as the other man says, “Okay, that’s something.”

The clip starts with Jacob in a black hoodie and pants staring at the stairs. “Okay, okay, okay,” you hear him say as he tries to warm himself up for the walk down the three metal steps with handrails on the sides.

Then you see Jacob hilariously descending the stairs in different ways, including on his bottom like a toddler or on his side

Then he lies down on his bottom like a child: “Come on, come on, you’re almost there,” says the woman. “That’s an approach,” she adds.

This is the first SNL episode of 2024 and it will appear with musical guest Renee Rapp who stars in the new Mean Girls musical film.

Elordi first rose to fame playing Nate Jacobs in the series Euphoria, and also starred in the Kissing Booth trilogy with Joey King.
