Bachelor Nation’s Sarah Herron is expecting TWIN daughters with husband Dylan Brown… just a year after losing their IVF baby Oliver
Nearly a year after the tragic loss of their IVF miracle baby Oliver, Bachelor Nation alum Sarah Herron and husband Dylan Brown are now expecting twins.
The 37-year-old reality star, who competed on season 17 of The Bachelor in 2013 and the first season of Bachelor in Paradise in 2014, took to her Instagram Story to reveal the news.
‘Today’s appointment went well, the babies are growing well! Next appointment in 3 weeks. The babies look so round and chub! Little Rolly pollies!’ she wrote.
She also joked, “Fuck IVF long enough and one day you might definitely have multiples,” in another clip that showed both embryos.
Herron added that for a moment she thought she was having triplets, thanks to a bizarre phenomenon.

She also joked, “F**k long enough with IVF and one day you might definitely have multiples,” in another photo that showed off both embryos.
“What’s really crazy, and I haven’t talked about it yet, is that when I came for the first ultrasound, there were actually three gestational sacs,” she said.
She explained that this meant, “Baby A tried to split and become identical twins, but a yolk and fetal pole never formed.
“SOOO…this means I had a heart attack for about 15 seconds and was going to have triplets,” she said.
The ultrasound clearly showed the two embryos – Baby A and Baby B – but there was an ’empty sac’ called a ‘destroyed egg’ or a ‘vanishing twin/triplet’.
She then shared a photo of her and husband Brown, who tied the knot in August after getting engaged in May 2021.
‘I have the feeling that I have really been lacking something in terms of content lately. “I’m so exhausted that as soon as I try to sit down, I have to take a nap,” she explained.
“Thanks for still showing up for my updates even though they are few and far between. Hopefully in the second trimester I will have the energy to be creative again,” she said.
She also unintentionally revealed that the twins are girls in another Instagram Story post, where she talked about her sadness over losing Oliver.

When someone commented on her story with the capital letters “GIRLS!!” and two red heart emojis, Herron replied, “Oops. Cat’s out of the bag. But yes, we know the gender of all our embryos’
‘I just bawled my eyes out during therapy. My grief for Oliver is heavy right now as his heavenly birthday is just 12 days away,” she said.
“It hurts so much, and at the same time I know that he is now sending me these little girls to comfort me,” she said, revealing that the twins are both girls.

Herron and Brown welcomed their son Oliver on January 28 when he was just 24 weeks old, but they revealed he died just hours after birth.
