Alec Baldwin appears in a real estate video to help sell his massive Hamptons estate for $19M… after slashing the price by $10M
Alec Baldwin put his 10,000-square-foot Hamptons estate — which sits on 10 acres — back on the market for $19 million, $10 million less than when he put it on the market in September 2022.
Alec, 65, appeared in a video for the house, through real estate firm Saunders & Associates, in an attempt to find a buyer.
The home, located in Amagansett, New York, is on the market for $18,995,000.
In September 2022, Alec put the house on the market for $29 million, ten times what he paid for in 1996.

Alec is in the process of offloading the 10-acre Hamptons estate after purchasing a 55-acre farm in Vermont for $1.7 million in 2022.
The Hamptons estate spans 10,000 square feet, with a pool, spa and covered verandas.
The house has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms and sits on five hectares, with five hectares of agricultural reserve.
In the video, Alec begins the video by walking along the beach in the Hamptons as he introduces himself.
“Hey, I’m Alec Baldwin, I’ve had a house here on the East End of Long Island since 1982. When I was younger, we would come here and sleep all morning and lay on the beach all morning. day,” he said.
“If you’re young, this place is the best,” he added, as he walked through the beautiful area.
Alec talked about his first home, which he said was on Bluff Road in Amagansett.
He rented it for five years before deciding to buy a house there; he bought a house, because he said ‘seven or eight years.’

Alec moved to his current home on the market, which he purchased and renovated in 1995.
“I built this edition on the east side of the property in 1996 and my wife Hilaria built this edition on the west side of the property in 2014,” Alec said, noting that it now totals 10,000 square feet.
‘I fell in love with this place the moment I came here as it is the main family home of the former Potter Farm. The Potter family. You just can’t do this here anymore. You can’t buy big tracts of land, especially in Amangasett,” he said in the video as he stood in a field.
“I’ve always loved it here and we have all open land here,” he says, looking around.
‘I’m always happiest when I come here, especially at this time of year. I love it in the winter because it’s so peaceful and so beautiful,” Alec said, concluding the video.

Alec’s home is located in the billionaire enclave of Long Island, 100 miles from his family’s penthouse in New York City’s Greenwich Village.
He bought the Hamptons home in 1996 for $1.75 million; it was built in 1740.
He bought his New York City penthouse in 2011 for $11.7 million; he still owns this property.
Next to the house there is a pavilion with a fieldstone fireplace overlooking an estate in the estate section of the city.

They bought a house in the town of Arlington, where Hilaria’s grandfather lived.
Earlier this year, Alec began his publicity rounds for his western Rust.
The Rust production was struck by tragedy in 2021, when cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was shot dead during rehearsal while a Colt .45 was being used as a prop.
The tragedy occurred in October 2021.
Alec was holding the gun that went off, but he has publicly denied pulling the trigger.
The involuntary manslaughter charge against him has been dropped.
In 2022, her widow Matthew filed a wrongful death lawsuit accusing Alec and other producers.
