He shared, “Emma is a great support. She’s very smart.

‘We’re working on a comedy. She also helped me with (‘Wanted Man’). She helps me with the script, production and post-production, and just gives me a second opinion.’

The couple in love got married on July 13, 2023 in Mykonos, Greece.

They previously told PEOPLE: ‘We chose to celebrate our love by getting married at our villa in Mykonos with family and a few close friends. With both COVID and a long road of challenging medical treatments, we have had to push our wedding plans many times.

“We felt this was finally the right time to celebrate love, life and happiness – in the land of the Gods.”

Dolph — who is perhaps best known for his role as Ivan Drago in Rocky IV — even teased his wedding on social media before tying the knot.

Alongside a photo of the couple enjoying the summer sun, he wrote on Instagram: ‘Tomorrow is the day. Mykonos (heart emoji).”

Dolph and Emma first announced their engagement in June 2020.

The Hollywood star shared a photo of Emma and her sparkling engagement ring on Instagram at the time.

Dolph – born in Spanga, Sweden – captioned the post: “Something very special happened here in Sweden.”

Meanwhile, Lundgren thinks The Expendables 4 failed for a multitude of reasons.

The actor reprized his role as Gunner Jensen in the action film that disappointed critics and audiences alike and believes both a mediocre script and a lack of creative involvement from Sylvester Stallone contributed to the film’s poor response.

Dolph told Screen Rant, “That project had problems from the beginning, and it usually starts with the script, it really didn’t have a good script.

“I’m not in the lead role, so it’s hard for me to comment on some issues, but I know Stallone wasn’t involved, as usual.

“He just played a character in it, and if he’s in charge, the quality will be pretty good, not below a certain level.

“But he wasn’t involved, so I think the problem was with the script, and the director was replaced a month before shooting.”

Dolph also felt it was unwise to release the film during last year’s SAG-AFTRA strike, as it meant members of the heavyweight cast – including Jason Statham, 50 Cent and Megan Fox – could not do promotional work for the project.

The star said: ‘Also the photo opened during the strike, which wasn’t very smart, so they couldn’t do any publicity.

“If you had a big star-studded premiere with Megan and 50 and Stallone and Statham, and the rest of them, myself, Andy Garcia, there would have been more eyeballs on it. And I’m sure it could have been better, but it’s a shame. I was disappointed.’

Dolph is in good health these days.

The star was originally diagnosed with kidney cancer in 2015 and underwent treatment while continuing his work on Aquaman and Creed 2.

He is doing fine after the treatment, he said.
