The Australian actress, 28, looked glamorous in a long black dress with a ruffled neck and sheer sleeves as she posed on the red carpet.
Courtney pulled back her dark locks and wore a neutral makeup palette consisting of blush and a nude lip to the awards ceremony.
She completed her look with simple silver earrings and wore several rings.
It comes just one day after Dolly attended the Critics Choice Awards on Sunday in the same dress.
