A 16-year-old Georgia girl has gone missing wearing only her pajama pants, a sweatshirt and no shoes after a suspected “psychotic episode.”

Police in Fayetteville, near Atlanta, are looking for Hydi Cain, who disappeared Sunday morning. She is 6 feet tall, weighs 130 pounds and has blonde hair.

On Saturday, information from the City of Fayetteville Department of Public Safety suggested Hydi has since dyed her hair black since her disappearance.

In recent days, Hydi’s mother, Sidney Fyffe, has been putting up missing posters around the city in an attempt to find her missing daughters.

“All of you, please help me get my daughter home safely,” Fyffe wrote online in a heartfelt plea.

“The police are involved, but her whereabouts are still unknown and her mother and sister are concerned,” Fyffe said.

‘I’m so sorry to read this! I met Hydi when I worked with the youth group at church. She is such a sweet girl!! I pray she is found safe,” wrote a well-wisher.

“I pray she is found safe. Hopefully just a mean one who acts tough, as they often do. Hold on. I will continue to pray,” another added.
