Sharon Osbourne has admitted she can't be bothered to have sex with her husband Ozzy Osbourne as she reveals her reaction when he asks to get playful.

The former X Factor judge, 71, stayed by her husband's side as he was treated for sex addiction following a series of affairs over the course of their marriage.

Sharon discussed how she no longer feels the need to get intimate with her husband of 40 years, admitting that she said 'do we have to?' if he tries.

She was quoted by the Daily Star as saying: 'There's nothing (Ozzy) he's not addicted to.' I mean, that's his personality.'

When asked if she still has sex with Ozzy, she added, “It's like, 'Oh, do I have to? Real?'

Ozzy's affairs include affairs with his hairstylist, two masseuses, a Russian teenager and a chef.

Just three years ago, Sharon boasted during an appearance on The Talk that she was still having sex with Ozzy “twice a week.”

During a conversation about women's libido as they age with her co-hosts Eve, Sheryl Underwood and Carrie, Anna Inaba got candid about her own sex life.

Sheryl asked Sharon, “How many times a day do you and Ozzy get it?” How often does Ozzy bump into you in the kitchen?'

Sharon replied: 'We all know we're oversexed, it's no secret. He had enough for everyone…he loved to share.”

She added: “It's getting less. This used to be three times a day, but now it is much less. Let's say a few times a week. That's normal in a long, long-term relationship.'

Sharon's comments come after she and Ozzy begged their daughter Kelly, 39, not to have plastic surgery when she turns 40.

The reality TV veteran revealed her desire to get cosmetics done on a celebratory episode of 'The Osbournes Podcast'.

She said: 'I think I've decided what I want for Christmas.

Sharon sighed, “Oh, here we go,” before Kelly added, patting her neck with both hands, “Plastic surgery.”

Shocked, Ozzy exclaimed, “Kelly. Do not! Don't start,” as Sharon shook her head and said, “Too early.”

Ozzy – who is struggling with the pain of a series of back surgeries and dealing with a rare form of Parkinson's – also warned about getting older: 'It goes by so quickly. And suddenly you're 75 and you say, 'How did I get here?'
