Veteran Channel Seven presenter Kendall Gilding has officially signed off after 12 years on air.

The 32-year-old news anchor, who stepped into the role on December 29, posted several photos to share her last week of work with the network and to commemorate all the friends she made on the job.

One showed Kendall in the studio with her two young children and another captured her behind the news desk for the last time.

'I look back on my last working week. It's all about the people! Even in business it is always about people!' she wrote in the caption.

“I was thrilled that my kids came to see me on the new set during a big 6pm reading week! Olive was so unfazed. I'm sure she thinks everyone's mom is on TV.
