Jonathan Majors will speak out for the first time since he was convicted of assaulting his then-girlfriend in an interview with Good Morning America.

Majors, 34, was found guilty of one count of harassment and one count of assault against his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari, while he was acquitted of two other charges in December.

The former Marvel star has now agreed to give his first interview since being convicted to ABC News host Linsey Davis.

Davis' bombshell interview with Majors airs Monday, January 8 on Good Morning America, with more segments expected to appear on GMA3.

An extended version of the interview will stream on Davis' ABC News Live program Prime that same day.

ABC News is owned by Disney, as is Marvel Studios – the production company that ousted Majors after his conviction in December.

Majors was dropped by Marvel for his recurring role in the Marvel Universe: Kang the Conqueror.

British dancer Jabbari, 30, said she suffered 'excruciating' pain when the Marvel movie star hit her on the head and broke her finger in the back of an SUV after seeing a flirty text message from another woman on his phone this year .

Jabbari broke her silence after the trial in December, revealing how she was helped by a domestic violence charity during her ordeal.

Jabbari's attorney Brittany Henderson said jurors had delivered “justice” by convicting Majors last month, and that her client hoped the case would “inspire other survivors to speak out.”

For Majors, the convictions could mean up to a year behind bars – along with the potential demise of his Hollywood career, just as he was about to receive an Oscar for his role in the unreleased film Magazine Dreams .

The film, which centered on a troubled bodybuilder, was shelved by Disney due to the allegations. The entertainment giant must now decide whether to back Majors or scrap the film.

California-born Majors, 34, graduated from Yale with a master's degree in acting, and he rose to fame after starring in the 2019 independent feature film The Last Black Man in San Francisco.

He then appeared in HBO's Lovecraft Country and received a Primetime Emmy Award nomination, before starring as supervillain Kang the Conqueror in the Marvel Universe and Dame Anderson in Creed III this year.

But his big-screen success collapsed in March when he was charged with four crimes: assault with intent to cause bodily harm, assault causing reckless bodily harm, aggravated harassment and intimidation.

Jurors were instructed to consider conflicting accounts of whether Majors was the aggressor or the victim during the chaotic SUV battle with Jabbari in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood on March 25.

They began their deliberations on Thursday and on Monday reached the guilty verdict of assault causing reckless bodily harm – but not assault with intent to cause bodily harm.

Majors' lawyer Priya Chaudhry claimed the mix of guilty and not guilty verdicts meant jurors did not fully “believe” Jabbari's story, and he still hopes to clear his name.
