Lala Kent SLAMS Tom Sandoval for posing with a captured tiger in Thailand… as he shares his own reaction to the massive backlash
Lala Kent slammed Tom Sandoval for sharing a video of himself posing with a tiger in captivity.
On Wednesday morning, the Vanderpump Rules reality personality, 33, said on Instagram that she was “shocked” that her costar seemed to support “animal cruelty” during his trip to Thailand.
Seemingly in response to the backlash, Sandoval, 40, also took to his social media on the same day with his own response to the people who were angry with him.
The drama all goes back to his Instagram post from the day before, in which he visited a tiger zoo and posed with one of the captured apex predators.
In response, Kent shared a message expressing her disapproval of his actions.

“I'm shocked by the photo my cast member took with a tiger in captivity,” she wrote on a blank background. 'This subject has been close to my heart for years.
“What's disguised as 'fun' and 'cool' is actually animal cruelty,” she continued. 'It's heartbreaking.
She added, “I've made a lot of noise about educating yourself, and here I have to tell you again… Don't support places like this.”
The same day, Sandoval reposted a fan's response, which appeared to be aimed at Kent, with Bobby Brown's 1988 song My Prerogative.
The lyrics of the tune go as follows: 'Everyone's all about me / Why don't they just let me live? / I don't need permission, make my own decisions / That's, that's my prerogative'.
“It's not animal cruelty to take a picture with a tiger,” the Instagram user had written in the post accompanying one of the photos Sandoval posted the day before.
'These tigers are in captivity for a reason and are treated kindly. Inform yourself before you duck.”
Before visiting a tiger zoo on Tuesday, the musician had also shared clips of himself taking a boat ride and enjoying piña coladas with his two friends.
He earlier showed photos and videos of him meeting a tiger on Tuesday. Sandoval used his Instagram Story to share a video of himself posing with the captured apex predator balanced on his back
He also snapped a photo of himself sitting down as two of the enormous animals lounged next to him
Sandoval – who recently advised fans not to follow in his footsteps and warned them against having an affair – had enjoyed a trip to Thailand with his costar, Tom Schwartz, 41, and famed jewelry designer Kyle Chan.
Later in the day, he informed his 955,000 followers of his New Year's holiday and posted a daring video of himself feeding a piece of raw chicken to a tiger.
He also snapped a photo of himself sitting down as two of the enormous animals lounged next to him.
He then posted a video of the sanctuary staff holding up a bottle so that the tiger put both paws on his shoulders.
He was wearing a tank top and cut off shorts and you could see him flexing his muscles and raising his eyebrow.
Following his post, many social media users took to X and his latest Instagram grid post to share their thoughts on his visit to a captured tiger.
One person expressed anger and dragged him away, telling him to “fade into oblivion,” while another called him a “force chasing the vortex.”

He then posted a video of the sanctuary staff holding up a bottle so that the tiger would put both paws on his shoulders.
He was wearing a tank top and cut off shorts and you could see him flexing his muscles and raising his eyebrow. He was seen grinning slyly for a photo as the tiger pressed his two paws behind his back

One X user slammed him and his “dark soul,” saying his posts were “SO wrong.”
Another called him an 'idiot' and said he should 'know better' than to join in the animal cruelty
Another person retweeted the aforementioned message, writing, “After Tiger King, it became common knowledge how despicable these places are, and yet here he is… Tom Sandoval needs to be forgotten once and for all.”
“Screw Tom Sandoval!! I'm so against this kind of s***,” wrote another.
One user slammed him, tweeting: 'Get a load of this damn idiot, don't do this people, these animals are mostly drugged for YOUR entertainment.
“This motherfucker should know better,” they added.
Some of his fans commented under his latest Instagram post about his Everybody Loves Tom podcast, accusing him of “advertising animal cruelty” and “supporting the exploitation and abuse of animals.”
This comes over a week after he made a public announcement to his fans not to choose infidelity despite doing so and even creating the infamous Scandoval drama.
Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules premieres Tuesday, January 30 at 8 PM ET/PT on Bravo and will be available to stream on Peacock the following day.
