Chloe Madeley sheds light on her dating future and admits she wants MORE children after James Haskell split… before vowing to improve herself in sizzling New Year’s selfie

Chloe Madeley has shed light on her plans to date and have more children following her split from James Haskell.

The fitness fanatic, 36, and the former England rugby star, 38, announced their separation in October after splitting in the summer and have detailed their co-parenting arrangement to their daughter Bodhi, 17 months.

Chloe took to Instagram on Monday to share a stunning gym selfie with the tagline: 'New year, same but better' to celebrate the new year.

In conversation with OK! Magazine, Chloe, the daughter of Richard Madeley and Judy Finnegan, confessed that she feels 'very strong and very brave' after the split, but struggled when the couple announced their split.

She admitted that she would “love for Bodhi to have a brother or sister” but has no interest in dating at the moment as she comes to terms with the split, which she said came when their five-year marriage simply ” was no longer good'.

Chloe said: 'I would love for Bodhi to have a brother or sister… I really want more children. But I don't know what that would look like now.'

While the star is feeling increasingly positive, Chloe admitted she wasn't happy with the release of the statement in October.

She explained: 'Since James and I made the decision to end it, I felt very free, happy and calm. The statement was really rushed…

'I didn't want to put it out for as long as possible at all… So that was a really awful day, probably the worst so far. I live my life by honesty, so reading that was really hard…

'It's hurtful that people think I would ever do that, and even if there's a child involved. We've had a really tough summer. That was the hard part about it as we were going through it and trying to figure it out…

'James and I are both quite tenacious and positive people.'

Chloe's latest musings come just weeks after she received praise from fans for 'demonstrating how co-parenting should be done' with ex James.

Chloe insisted that being single for the first time in almost a decade is far from intimidating, admitting that some of her most 'successful' and 'happiest' times of her career and personal life came when she didn't have a partner.
