Rita added height to her body with white high heel boots and wore dark sunglasses for the day.
As she strolled along the sidewalk, a glimpse of white leggings became visible between the folds of the coat.
The British-born singer will co-host the annual celebration with 49-year-old Ryan Seacrest, who has helmed the show for almost two decades.
