And while Prime Minister Anthony Albanese is viewed somewhat unfavorably, no politician dislikes his predecessor, Scott Morrison, more.

These are the findings of a new one Solving the Political Monitor survey which explored Australians' views of the country's federal politicians.

Senator Wong, the country's Minister of Foreign Affairs, received the most positive praise overall for the research that was conducted Nine and found that she had a positive rating of +14.

Morrison, once hailed as the 'Messiah from the Shire' for his 2019 defeat by Bill Shorten's Labor Party, scored worse than two of the country's most divisive figures.

One Nation leader Pauline Hanson scored -25, while Blak Sovereign independent Senator Lidia Thorpe was rated unfavorably at -29.

The former Prime Minister was viewed more poorly than Ms Thorpe, despite her antics, including being kicked out of a strip club and having an affair with a top Rebels biker.

Opposition Leader Peter Dutton was at -12, despite conventional wisdom that he had a strong political year with the defeat of the Voice to Parliament.

Potential future Labor leadership candidates Jason Clare and Tanya Plibersek scored a combined +3 and +2, while voters were neutral on Treasurer Jim Chalmers.

Dr. Chalmers, the figure who spearheaded the government's response to the rising cost of living, scored 0, meaning he was rated neither positively nor negatively.
