Travis Kelce slammed by Raiders rival Jack Jones for saying the Chiefs were ‘Santa’ and gave Las Vegas a win on Christmas Day: ‘Tell him to go watch that game – we took that game’

Travis Kelce has been told by Las Vegas cornerback Jack Jones to reconsider his team's Christmas Day loss to the Raiders after the Chiefs star dismissed the loss, saying his team gave the game away.

The comments didn't impress Jones and he got a chance to answer Kelce on Friday.

“He said they gave us that game. Tell him to go watch that game,” Jones fired back at the Chiefs tight end.

'We took that match. Yes, that's our property.'

On his New Heights podcast this week, the Chiefs star was furious about the way his team lost 20-14 at Arrowhead Stadium.

Kelce said the Chiefs gave away the game on Christmas Day and compared his team to Santa Claus

“We literally played Santa Claus and gave them a present,” Kelce said on the show on Wednesday.

'That was embarrassing. Everyone in the building knows how embarrassing that was. We have a short week, so we will forget this shit very quickly,” he said.

'It's a damn frustrating experience at the moment and every day we try to solve it. I promise you.

'It's not just one. I'm not just playing dog s***… we played such a bad offense that we put the defense in a really tough spot at the end of the game. It's frustrating when you have the guys you need and things don't go your way.”

Kelce and the Chiefs are back in action at Arrowhead on New Year's Eve when they host the Cincinnati Bengals. Kelce's girlfriend, Taylor Swift, is expected to be at the game.

The Chiefs are 9-6 this season after their last loss and have been defeated five times in the last eight games they have played.

It appears they will fail to regain the Super Bowl title they won last season by beating Jason Kelce and the Philadelphia Eagles in the finals.

Jones and the Raiders, meanwhile, are 7-8 on the season after beating the Chiefs and have two games remaining against the Colts and the Broncos to make the playoffs.
