A truck rammed into pedestrians in Germany, killing a mother and injuring her daughter and four others, according to a report.
The truck driver crashed into six pedestrians in the center of Passau around 9:50 a.m., a police spokesperson told Bild.
Police said the dead woman was a 37-year-old mother and her 11-year-old daughter was among the injured.
The truck driver also received medical treatment and had to be extricated from the driver's cab, the release said.

Police told Bild: “According to previous findings, the 63-year-old truck driver continued his journey after making a delivery, drove past a stationary vehicle and hit six pedestrians.”
A spokeswoman told German news agency dpa that police “currently assume that this was an accident situation.” Police said an investigation was underway.
The Bahnhofsstrasse and the Schanzlbrücke – which form the city's main thoroughfare – have been closed and the fire brigade and police are on site, the release said.
An eyewitness told the newspaper: 'As far as I know, a truck rammed into a group of people. In the middle of the pedestrian area in the station area near the H&M and Woolworth stores.'
Another said: 'It was a red 7.5 ton truck.'
