The Upper West Side residence combines two units, one of which was previously owned by McEnroe.

The seven-time Grand Slam champion sold his Upper West Side co-op in 2013 for a cool $3,808,800, and since then the apartment has been extensively renovated and expanded into a four-bed, four-bathroom combo unit.

Highlights include a cozy library with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, a living room with views of Central Park, and a state-of-the-art kitchen.

The apartment can also be reached via a semi-private elevator.

In terms of bedroom configurations, the primary suite occupies its own wing and is complete with an en suite bathroom, while a second bedroom – also with en suite bathroom – overlooks the park.

Bedrooms three and four overlook a leafy stretch of West 82nd Street and are served by a generous hall bath.

For budding pianists, the living room walls are soundproof and the room features “advanced noise-reducing” windows, the listing said.

Commenting on the property offering, real estate agent Daniel Douglas of The Corcoran Group, who is co-listing with Eileen LaMorte, says it offers “large but livable spaces” and that “bigger would be too much.”

Most recently, the couple cleared out their longtime home in Malibu, California for a whopping $29 million.

Tucked away in the gated Malibu Colony community, the estate was originally built in the 1930s.

Before that, the couple had a house in the Hamptons that they sold in 2017.
