Kyle Richards and estranged husband Mauricio Umansky spend Christmas Day in Aspen with daughters … nearly six months after announcing their split

Kyle Richards and estranged husband Mauricio Umansky spent Christmas in Aspen, Colorado with their daughters, nearly six months after announcing their divorce.

The group was seen enjoying sushi at a restaurant in Matsuhisa after going skiing in the luxury resort on Saturday, a source said. TMZ.

The Bravo star, who has been linked to country singer Morgan Wade, 29, since announcing her split from Umansky, seemed to keep things normal during her first holiday celebration since the split was revealed.

Eyewitnesses told the site that the estranged couple “appeared cordial” and “spoke to each other a few times during their time there”; while their daughters were busy on their phones.

Both Richards and Umansky shared updates on social media Monday as they celebrated the holiday.

Richards shared a selfie with her 4.2 million Instagram followers as she posed next to daughter Alexia, wearing a beige Western-style hat.

Umansky hit the slopes with his dog and captioned the post: “Merry Christmas. I wish everyone a very Merry Christmas.'

Richards also posted photos her daughter Alexia took, showing off the family's lavish living space during their winter getaway; as well as a photo of a table set up for a candlelight dinner.

Richards had started “dating country singer” Wade in the wake of her divorce from Umansky, and they “reportedly have matching heart tattoos.” TMZ reported in July.

In August, Richards appeared as Wade's love interest in the music video for her song Fall in Love with Me, in which they were seen in a hot tub and almost kissed.

Umansky was spotted in Aspen on Wednesday with Brazilian singer Anitta, 30, and Venezuelan YouTuber LeLe Pons, 27, as they brought a bottle of Veuve Clicquot onto the slopes. Umansky said, “There are some fun jokes in the pipeline.”

Richards and Umansky released a statement on Instagram on July 3 denying they were divorced but not denying they were splitting up.

It read: 'Regarding the news that came out about us today… All claims about our divorce are untrue. But yes, we have had a tough year. The most challenging of our marriage. But we both love and respect each other immensely. Nothing wrong was done by anyone.”

They continued, “Although we are in the public eye, we ask to be able to resolve our issues privately. While it may be entertaining to speculate, please do not concoct false stories to fit into an otherwise salacious narrative.”

They concluded by saying, “Thank you for the love and support,” as they signed the letter, Kyle and Mauricio.

Richards told DailyMail.com earlier this month that she and Umansky remain “good friends” after their divorce because their children are their “biggest concern” going forward.

“We love each other, so we're very happy on that level,” she said. 'I think that's why people are confused and sometimes wonder if it's true that we're divorced.

'It's even hard for me to believe that we are too, so I can understand it. But in a way we are lucky, we don't argue, we can have a calm atmosphere in the house and give each other that space.'

The timing of the split came about a year and a half after the duo celebrated a wedding milestone with their 25th wedding anniversary.

“It means so much, and it's something we're both incredibly proud of,” Richards told Bravo Insider in November 2021. 'And for me it is one of my greatest achievements. I mean, I think it's refreshing that in this town, being married for 25 years is a really big deal. And we are very proud that we are a good role model for our daughters.'

Richards and Umansky released a joint statement in July calling the divorce claims false but not directly denying the claims they are separating.

Richards stepped into the spotlight in 2010 when she was one of the leads on Bravo's The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

The cast also included her sister Kim Richards, Adrienne Maloof, Camille Grammer, Taylor Armstrong and Lisa Vanderpump.

Ten seasons later, only Kyle remains on the popular reality series (while Vanderpump has had enormous success with its own spin-off Vanderpump Rules).
