Olivia Attwood was back on her feet on Friday as she was spotted for the first time since a medical emergency led to 'graphic' surgery.
The reality star, 32, was busy picking up some last-minute Christmas items as she headed to the shops near her home in Cheshire.
She threw on a warm, black padded jacket over form-fitting workout gear and slipped her feet into a pair of sneakers.
Olivia, who had to miss the Loose Women Christmas party after falling ill, carried a heavy box of crockery along with her expensive Louis Vuitton bag.
On Thursday she showed off her swollen eye to her 2.1 million followers after previously showing herself in bandages.

Olivia revealed that although she now feels 'fine', she had a cyst under her eyelid and needed surgery to remove it.
She added that she had a video of the process but felt it was “too graphic” to post online and might make her fans “vomit.”
Zooming in on her bruised eyelid, she said, “So the band-aid is off and everything is fine.
'Thanks for all your messages, I know I look very dramatic – basically I had a small cyst on the inside of my eyelid.
“Basically they turned my eyelid inside out and cut it off.”
On Wednesday, the TV personality, who joined the ITV panel earlier this year, looked somber as she wore her black-rimmed reading glasses over the eye patch.
She didn't initially reveal exactly what was wrong, but wrote: “I was meant to go to @loosewomen's Christmas lunch… but my eye had other ideas.”
It comes after Olivia revealed she has a falling out with her husband Bradley Dack if they want to start a family.

The reality star, who married 29-year-old footballer Bradley earlier this year, appeared on Loose Women last week, where the panel discussed Sienna Miller's pregnancy at the age of 41 and whether there was any judgment on women who are pregnant later in life be pregnant.
The television personality revealed that Bradley desperately wants to become a father, but she isn't ready yet.
Olivia said, “I'm sitting here listening to you girls, and I think I'm going to be a geriatric mom, as they call it.”
Charlene White asked her if she wanted to have children in the near future, to which she replied, “No. I mean, never say never, you know, and all that stuff.

“I'm obviously married and very happy and Brad would love to have one tomorrow.
'But other things concern me at the moment. I don't have that maternal instinct yet. The way things are going, I'll probably be around 35 years old. It's strange to hear that they call when they're elderly.'

Olivia said: “I don't see that being the case, but I wouldn't say that's never going to happen either. I'm very open to whatever direction it goes.”
