Baldur’s Gate 3’s latest hotfix stops characters’ faces from transforming into ‘stretched eldritch horrors’

Baldurs Gate 3 players are struggling to do an evil

Baldur's Gate 3 players rejoice – you no longer have to worry about your favorite characters' faces becoming so distorted and stretched during the movie that their eyes turn into harrowing 'meat pits'. Hotfix 15 is now live and fixes a whole host of issues.

In the patch notes, Larian Studios referred to the aforementioned bug as “the Pinocchio problem.” Those who have experienced this problem will have seen the characters' cheeks and noses stretched and the eyeballs disappearing completely. The developer wrote: “Did you see some characters' faces turn into stretched-out abominations with flesh pits instead of eyes? That shouldn't be a problem anymore!”
