A man has been charged with murder after allegedly stabbing an estate agent to death.
The 30-year-old man has been charged with murder and attempted murder following the death of Julie Seed, 38, on Wednesday.
Ms Seed, a property manager, and a 50-year-old woman were allegedly stabbed at the Real Estate Agents Group office in Plympton, Adelaide.
Ms Seed died at the scene while the second woman was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH) with serious injuries.

The 30-year-old man, who was not known to either of the women, was arrested by police on Thursday and charged with the two offences.
