Better Homes and Gardens host Joh Griggs reveals her health battle as she shares post-surgery photo: ‘Years of damage’
Better Homes and Gardens presenter Joh Griggs is recovering from knee surgery.
The TV personality, 50, told her fans about her health on Tuesday.
The former competitive swimmer posted a photo of her leg covered in blankets, taken from a hospital bed.
“Not the most exciting photo I know, but I'm happy to report that the surgery on my knee to clean up a few tears and years of damage went extremely well,” she wrote in the caption. image.

'Enforced rest is a great way to start any holiday. I'm so glad I finally did this and look forward to being pain-free (and whining-free) again. Woohoo. This really was an early Christmas present!' she added.
Griggs also expressed her gratitude to her husband Todd Huggins, recognizing him as her “hospital Uber driver.”
Additionally, she included the hashtag #feelinglucky in her post.

Fellow celebrities and Better Homes and Gardens viewers extended their well wishes to her for a speedy recovery just before Christmas.

It comes as Griggs recently gave a health update on her husband Todd.
Last year he was diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma (skin cancer) after missing his routine skin checks during the Covid pandemic.
Things went from bad to worse when Huggins had surgery and suffered an infection that turned into a 'serious situation'.
“He had a skin cancer removed and they couldn't get enough of the margins around it, so when he went back in he managed to get a random infection, which is not uncommon in hospitals,” Griggs said. 7Life.
“He was absolutely lucky; it was very hairy stuff for a few weeks,” she continued, before adding that her husband is “fighting fit” again.
