Matt started his video by saying, βThis year we ate all over the world. These are our top 11 food spots for 2023.'
He started his food roundup at number 11, with a visit to the Big Apple.
His first stop was for a pepperoni pizza, salad and cheesy garlic bread at Emmett's on Grove in New York, saying, “You can't go wrong with this menu.”
His number 10 pick was Oh Boy Brooklyn, which Matt claimed offered “one of (his) favorite cheeseburgers along with breakfast sandwiches.”
If you're looking for a “Michelin Star Breakfast Burrito,” Matt warned that you may need to reserve a week in advance for Barans 2239 in California, which was his ninth choice.
Matt also believes that “you've come to the right place” if you visit the Arsicault Bakery – his number eight pick – in San Francisco.
'It's safe to say that these pastries have changed our lives.
“And they'll change yours too if you ever get to San Francisco.”
However, Matt quickly moved on to his seventh favorite, adding: “but no more than Sparrow Bakery in Oregon,” as he admitted he “drove three hours” to get his hands on the food.
He highly 'recommended' a breakfast sandwich and an ocean roll there.
When it comes to seafood, Matt told viewers to give up McLoons Lobster Shack for their 'summer plans now' – as he revealed it was number six on his list.
When it comes to dessert, Matt recommends heading to Culture Espresso in New York for the “best chocolate chip cookie.” While we were on the subject of sweets, Matt's number four was NAC
Emilia's Crafted Pasta in London 'came into the top three. This pasta in London left me speechless. I couldn't tell you what was better: their pasta or their gelato,β he said
The restaurant that stole the top spot was Ask for Luigi in Vancouver, Canada. Matt called it a 'taste of Italy and British Columbia'
The Bachelor believes the Maine location had the “best lobster rolls (he) ever had.”
When it comes to dessert, coming in at number five, Matt recommended heading to Culture Espresso in New York for the “best chocolate chip cookie.”

Emilia's Crafted Pasta restaurant in London 'came into the top three for him'.
'This pasta in London left me speechless. I couldn't tell you what was better, their pasta or their gelato. But I can tell you there's a 10 in 10 chance I'll come back.β
Second on his list is Angelo's Pizzeria in Philadelphia, Matt's “favorite eatery in the country.”
He explained, βThey perfected the Philly cheesesteak and they perfected the pizza.
βWe strongly considered moving to Philadelphia purely because it is a very short distance from Angelo's Pizzeria.β
However, the restaurant that stole the top spot on the list for Matt was Ask for Luigi in Vancouver, Canada, which he called a “taste of Italy and British Columbia.”
