Jason Momoa’s cheeky gyrations force Kelly Clarkson to awkwardly switch topics on her talk show as he reenacts NSFW Aquaman training

Jason Momoa's training for the Aquaman sequel turned out to be a little too spicy for daytime TV.

The 44-year-old handsome action star was a guest on Monday The Kelly Clarkson Show and his reenactment of straddling a CGI beast for the film included a spinning motion that caused the audience to scream in delight.

It also caused host Kelly Clarkson to quickly – and hilariously – switch topics.

“Did you like that daytime transition?” Kelly joked after addressing questions about the superhero costume. “Look, I didn't know how to get a divorce!”

Jason couldn't help but double over laughing as he tried his best to continue with the interview.

It all started with a BTS clip from Aquaman, where Jason was filming a scene while rocking on a huge saddle in front of a green screen.

The clip ended with the Game of Thrones vet mounting the saddle.

“What training was that for?” Kelly asked after winding up the BTS tape. “It's a different kind of training, that's all I'm saying.”

The incident comes after another awkward moment on a talk show with Jason, as he does used to be criticized by fans for a 'rude attitude' towards Nigella Lawson after he noticeably turned his back on her during Monday's The One Show.

On

'Very rude body language from Jason Momoa, turning his back on Nigella.'

“Jason Momoa can be quite ignorant at times, especially when James Nesbitt is talking with his back to Nigella Lawson.”

During his recent appearance on SNL, the actor revealed that his mother was there to cheer on her son, humorously adding, “If you see her, be careful, she's still recovering from giving birth to me.'

“Did you like that daytime transition?” Kelly joked after addressing questions about the superhero costume. “Look, I didn't know how to get a divorce!”

Jason said, “But I'm so happy to be here. I like this place. I love life! I love washing my luxurious hair in the morning with a full bottle of shampoo, and I love playing Aquaman because I love the ocean.”

He would later take off his shirt in a sketch, proving that the action star was still in top form despite a hernia injury the year before.

The hunky Games of Thrones vet revealed that since hernia surgery in 2022, he hasn't been going to the gym like he used to, resulting in a physique he considers slightly worse than normal.

“All good, still not really doing sit-ups,” Jason said of his recovery James Corden on the Late Late Show in August 2022. 'Trying to keep that dad body going a little longer.'

The talk show appearance came almost a year after Jason split from his ex-wife Lisa Bonet.

In January 2022, Jason and Lisa announced they were splitting after four years of marriage and 16 years of dating.

In a statement made at the time, the former couple said they split to “free each other to be who we learn to become.”

The iconic duo share two children: daughter Lola, 15, and son Nakoa-Wolf, 12.
