Lisa Snowdon breaks down as she is named WINNER of Celebrity MasterChef 2022

Lisa Snowdon has been crowned Celebrity MasterChef 2022 Champion.

The 50-year-old model and presenter battled stiff competition against singers Melanie Blatt and Danny Jones in Thursday’s grand finale thanks to her impressive baked duck menu.

Lisa burst into tears after judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace declared her the winner, noting, “I have a feeling this isn’t real!”

In the nail-biting finale, Lisa was tasked with creating a delectable three-course meal in just three hours, and the star of This Morning definitely got on the plate.

The beauty presented the judges with a starter of poached rhubarb and baked mackerel, followed by my hair main course of duck breast with mushrooms and cavolo nero.

To top it all off, her dessert consisted of a chocolate cake served with crème frache and sour cherries.

Speaking after the duo crowned her winners of All Saints’ Mel, 47, and McFly’s Danny, 36, Lisa said, “I’m honestly so blown away.

“It’s such a life-changing experience. I have a feeling this isn’t real!’

Lisa continued: ‘I can’t wait to tell my mother, my father and my cousin. I’m on cloud nine. Great great!’

Twenty participants were reduced to three over six weeks of cooking challenges and eliminations.

This year’s cohort of famous names also included former boxing champion Chris Eubank, TV host Kirsty Gallacher, former professional soccer player Jimmy Bullard and actor Ryan Thomas.
