Ellie and Charlie Aitken appear to be back together as it is revealed they are living together again in their marital home in the Vaucluse.
The Sydney socialite, 43, and high-profile investment banker, 50, had a very public and brutal breakup in 2021 when Charlie ran off with Ellie's best friend Hollie Nasser.
Despite two marriages ending, insiders close to the couple have revealed that Ellie and Charlie have reunited Sunday confidential.
A friend of the couple told the publication: “(Charlie) lives there full-time. They're back together again.'
However, another friend believes the tumultuous couple, who share two children, are so unpredictable that they may be living together without actually dating.

“With Charlie and Ellie, you'll never really know,” the insider said.
“They have some sort of codependency, so I wouldn't be surprised if they were living together but not technically back together.”
The reunion comes as a shock to some in the eastern suburbs after Ellie recently debuted her new boyfriend Mark Holowesko.

She went Instagram official with the wealthy Bahamian fund manager in September when she shared two selfies of the couple at a formal event.
Ellie wrote the words 'my forever' alongside a love heart emoji next to the loved-up photos, adding: 'Travelled a lot with this one this year. I can't wait to see you soon.'
Charlie and Ellie had a very acrimonious split in November 2021 when he had an affair with her close friend Hollie.

The move caused a scandal in the close-knit eastern suburbs, especially as Hollie was not only Ellie's best friend but was also married to Charlie's business partner Christopher.
“The truth is that, despite the support of friends and family, I have not been able to cope well with the deeply hurtful lies, gossip and innuendo that surrounded the breakdown of my relationship,” Ellie said in a statement in December that year.
At the time, she announced that she would be “taking a break from social media” and public opinion while she and her family adjusted to her estranged husband's divorce and new relationship.
