Tristan Thompson was spotted on a night out with OnlyFans model Juanita JCV on Wednesday.

Khloe Kardashian’s love rat ex, 31, and the adult entertainment star, 25, were seen leaving Jack Harlow’s concert after party at The Nice Guy eatery in West Hollywood.

The basketball phenom rocked an all-black outfit and although he and the Instagram star arrived separately, they were later seen together in Tristan’s Maybach SUV.

Juanita is best known for her curvy figure and her X-rated scenes with rapper Tyga – who previously dated Khloe’s younger sister Kylie Jenner – on his OnlyFans account.

The basketball player – who recently welcomed a second child with Khloe – wore a black leather jacket over a matching T-shirt and breezy black pants.

The athlete added a bit of contrast to the outfit with a pair of white sneakers.

The Canadian star embellished his look with a chunky Cuban diamond necklace around his neck, as well as diamond studs in his ears.

Tristan also seemed to be intently checking something on his phone as he walked to the car.

After they got in, the duo was pictured sitting together in the back seat as their driver zoomed out.

Juanita – aka Juanita Belle – gained followers through Instagram, where she currently has 2.2 million followers. She also has 65.8K followers on TikTok.

The beauty is known for heating things up on social media and showing off her impressive curves in tiny bikinis.

In her most recent Instagram photo, she shows off her derriere in a white thong as she sits on a bed, looking back with a seductive look.

In another photo, the stunner is seen posing in the ocean at night wearing a tiny blue thong bikini.

In another daring photo, she sees her wearing a plunging neckline and a barely visible blue dress.

Tristan and Juanita’s outing comes after his baby mama Khloe choked up tears when she shared her shock to learn that he’d been unfaithful again while expecting their second child together, in a new teaser trailer for The Kardashians’ second season .

In the clip, the reality star, 38, admitted it had been a “tough time” as she tried to come to terms with another betrayal.

In December last year, the couple were secretly expecting a son via surrogate when it was revealed that Tristan had cheated on Khloe with fitness instructor Maralee Nichols – who was pregnant with his child.

He had initially denied that the child was his, but later admitted to being unfaithful in a statement posted to Instagram in January, including a direct apology to Khloe.

Despite looking forward to their impending arrival, Khloe was clearly distraught at the state of her personal life and the circumstances surrounding Tristan’s betrayal. “It would be a really exciting time and it’s just a different experience,” she explained.

The Good American co-founder went on to say that while she found the experience particularly painful, she was looking forward to her future as a mother of two.

Khloe and Tristan started seeing each other in 2016 while his ex Jordan Craig was pregnant with his now five-year-old son Prince. They welcomed their daughter True, now four, two years later in 2018.

The former couple’s on/off romance was plagued by Tristan’s infidelity, including an infamous incident in 2019 when he was caught kissing Jordyn Woods, her sister Kylie Jenner’s best friend.

Despite their ups and downs, Khloe and Tristan reconciled amid the coronavirus pandemic after quarantining together to co-parent their daughter.

The couple split again in 2021 before it was made public that he had cheated on her in March 2021 with Maralee Nichols, who would later become pregnant with his son Theo – now nine months.

Seven months after the scandal, it was revealed that Khloe was expecting a baby boy with her former partner via a surrogate mother.

According to a source close to the family, plans to conceive a second child with Tristan took place before Khloe became aware of his paternity scandal.

In August, it was confirmed that the couple’s surrogate mother had given birth to a baby boy. As of now, the newborn’s name remains unknown.
