The New Orleans home believed to be owned by Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z has been taken off the market for $4.45 million nearly a year after it was listed.

Firefighters were alerted to the incident when a smoke alarm in the three-storey Spanish Baroque building was triggered and 22 staff members responded. The fire was completely extinguished two hours later.
