The retired NFL star, 46, wore a gray T-shirt, black shorts and white sneakers for the outing.

He protected his head with a navy blue baseball cap, which he wore backwards. The athlete carried a sports bag with an army print on his shoulder.

The busy father-of-three was photographed checking something on his phone as he walked back to his car.

Coincidentally, Irina, 37, was also pictured hitting the gym in Miami on Sunday.

The mum-of-one, who shares six-year-old daughter Lea with ex-boyfriend Bradley Cooper, bared her washboard abs in the sporty look.

She was accompanied by boyfriend Riccardo Tisci, who wore black shorts and sneakers and a dark zip-up jacket with an abstract pattern.

Shayk and Brady initially became romantically involved in July after attending billionaire art heir Joe Nahmad's wedding to model Madison Headrick in Sardinia, Italy.

The outing comes after Tom and Irina reportedly rekindled their romance during a night out in Miami on Friday – two months after the pair's relationship 'fell out of control'
