The Vanderpump Rules star, who recently finished in third place on the latest season of Dancing With The Stars, wore a sheer turtleneck over a white tank top.
Madix tucked her top into a sheer ruffled maxi skirt and finished her look with open-toed sandals. The star's gorgeous blonde locks flowed over her shoulders and chest.
This sighting comes just hours after it was announced that she would be starring as Roxie Hart in Chicago on Broadway in NYC.

According to Entertainment tonightMadix will appear as Hart during a limited eight-week engagement at the Ambassador Theater.
The role has been filled in the past by artists such as Melanie Griffith and Pamela Anderson.
Chicago, which debuted in 1975, has since become the longest-running American musical in history.
The musical revolves around a pair of women who become celebrities after committing murder.
Chicago was adapted into a critically acclaimed film in 2002, starring Renee Zellweger as Hart and Catherine Zeta-Jones as Velma Kelly.
Madix will make her debut on January 29 and her participation in the show will last until March 24.
Madix spoke about her new project during Wednesday's episode of Live With Kelly And Mark, where she expressed her excitement for her upcoming Broadway debut.

The reality TV personality's outing came just after she announced she would be making her Broadway debut in an upcoming production of Chicago.
'It's just the biggest dream come true. “I can't believe this is real life,” she said.
The performer also told the show's hosts that she had a bachelor's degree in theater.
Madix talked about her younger days during an interview with Glamourwhere she said she “reluctantly” went to a small college in Florida to study her craft.
The performer stated that she only chose to go to college “because I wanted to go to New York and be on Broadway.”
