Coldplay announce extra Sydney and Melbourne shows: Here’s how to get tickets
Coldplay have announced additional concert dates for their upcoming Australian tour.
On Wednesday, the British band announced they will play additional shows in Sydney and Melbourne in response to overwhelming demand during Wednesday’s pre-sale.
This decision makes the fourth concert the last in Melbourne for this tour.
The excitement doesn’t stop in Melbourne as Coldplay will also captivate audiences in Sydney, with performances scheduled for Wednesday, November 6 and 7 at Sydney’s Accor Stadium.
The band then moves to New Zealand, with a headline show at Auckland’s Eden Park on Wednesday 13 November and an additional show on Friday 15 November, again due to overwhelming demand.

A second question: ‘Did anyone else who signed up for the Sydney Coldplay pre-sale get confirmation from Melbourne instead?’
‘I, like many others, signed up for the pre-sale in Sydney, but received an email for the Melbourne dates. Can you confirm if this is an error/glitch and can we receive the correct pre-sale codes?’ a third asked Ticketek.
