Las Vegas Raiders Safety Roderic Teamer was arrested Sunday morning for speeding and driving under the influence.

Teamer was booked into jail and has since been released — according to multiple reports on Sunday — but will not play against the Kansas City Chiefs, according to the Raiders.

Teamer was taken off the injured list in Las Vegas on Saturday after a hamstring injury kept him out of action.

After suffering the injury in Week 6 against the New England Patriots, Teamer was a full participant in most practices this week.

Teamer primarily played a role on special teams, which was expected to continue Sunday.

“The logistics on this don’t make sense,” former NFL offensive lineman Mitchell Schwartz mused about X.

“Went drunk in his room last night, woke up early to go home and still drunk when he got pulled over?” Schwartz continued. “Drinking in his room all night before playing today? This is a strange one.’

Teamer has been with the Raiders since 2021 after starting his career with the Los Angeles Chargers and a brief stint on the Indianapolis Colts practice squad.

In 2022, Teamer played in all 17 games for the Raiders.

During a 2021 Thanksgiving game against the Dallas Cowboys, Teamer was ejected after wrestling with Kelvin Joseph during a brawl.
