Dak Prescott played so well against the Commanders on Thursday that he was able to get an early start to his Thanksgiving celebration.
After connecting with KaVontae Turpin for a 34-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter that gave the Cowboys a 38-10 lead, Prescott and his teammates dug through the Salvation Army’s bucket near the end zone — where they apparently got some turkey legs had hidden.
And with Dallas firmly in control of the game, Prescott walked back to the sideline to enjoy his food as the final minutes of the NFC East clash were over.
He stood next to offensive lineman Zack Martin as he chomped down.
The Cowboys would win 45-10 on a DaRon Bland pick-six.

With the win, Dallas now sits at 8-3 on the season, while Washington fell to 4-8.
