Attention, hairy men! Amazon just slashed the price of Braun’s best beard trimmer
Just last week I drew attention to a great early Black Friday deal on the world’s best beard trimmer, the Braun Series 9 Pro, but at the time only UK Amazon shoppers could take advantage of the discount. But now American shoppers can also save big on Braun’s flagship.
Amazon currently has the The all-in-one PowerCase variant of the Braun Series 9 Pro for $299.94; that’s 21% lower than the usual MSRP of $379.99. And sure, 21% off isn’t as good as Amazon’s still running 57% savings in Great Britainbut the Series 9 Pro’s MSRP is much, much higher in the latter region (£649.99), so the final deal price is similar no matter where you live in the world.
I reviewed the Series 9 Pro in 2022 and it is still the shaver I use to this day. Effortlessly simple to use and even easier to clean. The five-element, sensor-assisted cutting head delivers a shave that’s as close as you can get without going full razor, and an attractively designed PowerCase keeps the trimmer’s battery ticking for what seems like. like an eternity (I plug my device in maybe once a month?).
At the time of the review, my only criticism of the Series 9 Pro was its ridiculous retail price, but Amazon’s current deal – both in the US and UK – has made that figure much more reasonable. In other words, if you’re looking to upgrade your shaving game in 2024, this is the Black Friday deal you should go for.
